If Kevin ever gets a business trip opportunity to a place like Japan, I am also going to take advantage and create a family vacation out of it too :-) I'm glad everyone had a great time, and to go during a non-touristy time, how fun!Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18202663240587756881noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30397450.post-38752016262576535242008-07-09T05:52:00.000-07:002008-07-09T05:52:00.000-07:00Man....had a really hard time getting your comment...Man....had a really hard time getting your comment area to open on this blog..no idea why. Tried it 5 or 6 times. Closed your blog and started over mutliple times, finally I did a right click to open link to get this spot to type.

You've been busy! Japan is not on my list of places I'd like to visit, though a friend of my daughter has visited there a half dozen times and absolutely loves it. He took Japanese and was quite good with the language. Think he actually went to school there for a while and now is a translator somewhere for the government.

Looks like and sound like you and your family had a great time. How long were you there?

The Temple is beautiful, as is the gardens; both something I would enjoy. Iris's are some of my favorite flowers. Have dark purple double ones that line my back yard and they were extra pretty this year. Always hate to see them come to the end of their blooming time.

I'm envious of your craft buildings, sounds awesome!

The toilet thing....ewwwwwww. I remember seeing a picture of once before. How does one keep their clothes up off the floor? Once again seems more of an issue for the women than the men as often bathrooms are. I'm also wondering about people with bad knees, arthritis, wheel chairs etc. how do they negioate those things being so low to the floor?

Like you, I've been traveling. Hubby on business, and I joined him after his work part was done. Last 3 blog posts contain vacation pics.

Next up...girley time. I'm heading out in about a week for some time with my daughter, and after that, family vacation.

Swing in for a visit, and be sure to post pics of your FO. I've got lots in the making but...need to get some finsihed.

Have a good day,
SandySandyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13141251905909903805noreply@blogger.com
